Installation overview
Brake work involves fluid under pressure, so work carefully: disconnect the brake lines at the old cylinder (expect some fluid loss — have rags ready), unbolt the old unit, and mount the new cylinder in its place. Reconnect the lines, then bench-bleed the new cylinder before final installation if possible, and always fully bleed the brake system afterward to remove air. Never operate the forklift until pedal feel is firm and consistent.
